CAP assesses artisan competency. It has two paths:
- RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) — current focus
- Standard Assessment — deferred; not documented in depth yet
RPL takes a candidate from account/onboarding through application lifecycle stages (draft → centre review → payment → evidence → interview → internal/external verification → certification), with LMS recommendations when interview outcomes show competency gaps.
