CAP assesses artisan competency and leads to certification by the awarding body. Two application paths:

1. RPL (Recognition of Prior Learning) — evidence folder, facilitator, interview panel
2. NSQ (Standard Assessment) — induction form, NOS evidence, Direct Observation + PRF

Both share auth/onboarding, centre review, payment gates, IV → EV → certification, and the workflow abstraction.
