  • When an interview (or similar gate) finds competency gaps, CAP recommends LMS courses.
  • Integration: gRPC calls from CAP to LMS to retrieve recommended courses.
  • Shown to the candidate and to panelists when relevant.
  • Application may close with reason GAP_TRAINING until gaps are addressed.
